At Bakscape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Kits. If for any reason you're not happy with your kit, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

We cannot refund your first subscription with us unless you have returned your Kit.

There are also warranty-covered options if your kit is underperforming in any way.
